Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Executive with 2-3 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products/services, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to support business expansion.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, or software solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Performance Metrics
  • Quarterly revenue targets, Lead-to-conversion ratio, Client retention and upsell success, Number of joint engagements with technical and delivery teams, Contribution to pipeline growth (QoQ basis)
